一、概述：Outline
管道阻火器是適用于石化、化工、輕工等行業的可燃氣體輸送過程中的安全裝置。廠生產制造的管道阻火器是經過嚴謹的阻火理論設計和精密專用的機械設備加工制造而成的。根據阻火性能和阻火等級可分為阻爆燃型和阻爆轟型兩大類。

二、結構設計：Structural design
產品由芯件和殼體兩部份組成，芯件是核心，是由兩層超薄的不銹鋼帶，一條被壓成波N形，另一條平面鋼帶則將它圍繞圓心緊緊纏繞而成。從而構成無數個端面，是小三角形直通流道，而且在芯件內部有一個十字結構的支架（或在表面壓上丫形架）借以增強芯件的牢靠性，避免芯件被點燃的介質所產生的爆炸壓力沖散。介質從三角形狹道中通過，阻火器也正是通過它來阻止火焰在管道中的蔓延，其原理為“器壁效應"，就是火焰與器壁的碰撞進行能量轉換，降低了溫度。以此原理來設計三角形孔的高度阻止火焰的通過，再加上足夠的流道長度來吸收火焰的熱量，使其在芯件中熄滅，避免了氣體在芯件的另一端被復燃的可能性。
