　　RFC-Q系列沖灌封三位一體機
　　RFC-Q系列三位一體機是集瓶子沖洗、等壓灌裝、擰蓋于一機，是一臺高速的全自動含汽液體包裝設備。該機主要適用于含汽飲料的生產與包裝。

　　1）該機適用容器為符合QB1868-93《聚（PET）軟飲料瓶》標準的塑料瓶，使用瓶蓋為符合QB/T2372-98《塑料防盜蓋技術條件》的標準圓形塑料防盜蓋。
　　2）灌裝缸、灌裝閥等與物料直接接觸的零部件均采用優良不銹鋼或無毒材料制造，符合食品衛生要求。
　　3）密封件采用耐熱橡膠，滿足了用戶高溫消毒的工藝要求。
　　4）采用可編程序控制器，實現了從瓶子入機到包裝完畢的全過程自動控制。
　　5）采用變頻調速控制，易于用戶調整設備。
　　6）采用等壓灌裝原理及流行的彈簧閥，確保飲料品質。
　　7）采用的磁力離合調整擰蓋力矩裝置，確保了封蓋質量。

　　The RFC-Q series rinsing filling capping machine is a high efficient automatic carbonated liquid packing machine, which perfectly combines bottle rinsing machine isobaric filling machine and capping machine together in one unit. This machine is mainly together in one unit. This machine is mainly suitable for production of carbonated drinks.
　　Performances and features:
　　1 The applicable vessels for this machine are plastic bottles that conform to the standard QB 1868-93 “PET soft drink bottle”。 The bottle cap adopted is the standard round plastic theftproof cap that conforms to QB/T2372-98 “technical conditions of plastic theftproof cap”。
　　2 All parts directly contacting liquid such as filling tank and filling valve are made of superior stainless steel or nontoxic materials, which meet the requirement of food hygiene,
　　3 The seals are made of heat resistant rubber, which meets the technology requirement of high temperature sterilization.
　　4 The PLC is adopted to realize automatic control in the whole process from bottle feeding to packing finishing.
　　5The frequency conversion speed control is adopted for the convenience of equipment adjustment by users.
　　6 The isobaric filling principle and the popular spring filling valve can guarantee product quality.
　　7 The advanced magnetic clutch device and adjustable capping torque can guarantee the capping quality.
