●接紙部氣動控制升降，留出空間方使拆裝模板。

●清廢部采用獨立電機傳動，振動軸一軸有四個抖動點、加速抖動頻率、提高抖動效果。

●抖動皮帶采用進口元柱形高彈性皮帶，彈性好、不損傷紙版、抖動皮帶傳動由獨立調速電機控制、速度調整方便、確保抖動行程

● 皮帶軸采用整軸凹形皮帶槽，方便根據實際紙板尺寸，隨意增減皮帶，確保異型紙箱的順利通過和不對紙板的損傷。

●清廢部后端設有強力吹風和毛刷裝置、加速抖動效果;并使抖落廢紙順利下落，避免廢紙返到紙板表面，以達達到清廢的效果。

●清廢部下方三面均設有斜坡式廢紙導輸板配合廢紙輸出皮帶將廢紙輸出，節省廢紙清理工作。

FEATURES:

 ●Splicing part with pneumatic lift controllor for more space to replace mould plate.

 ● Cleaner part adopted independent motor. There are four  Vibrating points in drive shaft to fasten the vibrating frequency.

 ●Vibrating belts,which  controlled by independent speed motor, adopted cylindroid resilient imported bets that protect paperboard from damage.

 ●Conveyor shat adopted U-shape belt guidance to add or reduce bets according to actual paperboard size. That make sure of smoothly converying and avoid damage caused by deflection.

 ●Back end in cleaner pan adopted air blower and brush devices which also help to shake the wastepaper off ａnd clean them finally.

 ●Tilting convey guidance with belts under cleaner part helps to convey he wastepaper out off table.
